What punishment should be given to a prosecutor if it is proven they committed prosecutorial misconduct in a death penalty case?

Answer by Kris Rosvold:

To my mind, such a prosecutor should be stripped of all professional licensing and be thrown out on their ear, and into +10 years of prison (at a bare minimum).  What wealth he has should all be turned over to his victims in partial recompense for his crimes against them.

IF part of this prosecutors Oath of Office was to "protect the Constitution", he should also be banned from ever seeking political office of any sort under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. (This law was purpose written to prevent, and remedy these sorts of eggregious, intentional, violations of Citizens' Rights)

Folks with the sort of "convenient" attitudes, towards the US Constitution, which are required to cause such blatant injustices have precisely zero business representing Citizens as a dog catcher, much less as any sort of law maker or enforcer!

Note to ALL legislators and senators: That oath you took said you would work to "honor and protect the Constitution…"  NO WHERE does it say "When convenient"!!

You can safely put me down as being:
